Tonight I babysat and the rest of my community experienced Mobile's night life...Since it was Saturday I guess we could sleep in. Our house doesn't seem to do that. We just wake up and wonder around the house bothering each other. It's wonderful.
So we spent the day hanging out. Around 5 I went to babysit for one of Susie's neighbors. It was her birthday so she made it clear she would not be able to drive me home. I borrowed Matt's car. When she got home I thought about explaining to her that I'd prefer groceries or better yet light bulbs, because we really need light bulbs! but I think she thoroughly enjoyed her birthday celebration and trying to explain to her that I am a JV would have been more trouble than it is worth. I found out from Susie that she has her own catering service so in the future I'll ask her for meals in exchange for babysitting.
