Happy Birthday Matt!The girls went to Family Dollar to buy decorations for Matt's birthday. We ended up getting him two different colored army men. Matt had to drive me to pick up my rental car and while we were gone the rest of the house set up the battle scene in his room. In addition to the army men war and happy birthday banners hanging in his room, we got 7 mustaches out of a $.50 machine in the Family Dollar.
In this photo we are all wearing our mustaches, Leopie is the most proud of his mustache. And Andrew is wearing eyeshadow?!?! Who are these people I'm living with :)

This week is a little bit stressful. We are all starting new jobs, are living with people we barely know and we all just got here. Our bank account is a mess, we haven't assigned people dinner nights yet, and we are all getting used to one another. After two years at Fig Newton I have learned my frustration is often useless and I need to get over it, hence I'll take some time to be alone. I think I have also learned to understand that there are times you need to talk to people and being alone only perpetuates the frustration. I may sound more confidant here than I really am but this year will be an interesting test to see how much I've learned from Newton Street.
