First Monday of work.
It was nice to come into work today and understand what people were talking about. I'm no expert but the training in Montgomery really helped! Debra gave Jane and I sheets which marked files with missing data. I spent most of today finishing that up.
Jane sat with me and I answered phones for an hour or two. That will be helpful. I don't answer the main phone as part of my job but it is so important to understand how the screening and referral process work.
My community is crazy! Today we took three pictures because people were attacking each other while each picture was taken....This is going to be a long year :)
