LSA Non-Retreat day 3

Today was the last day of the retreat.  Here is a picture of me with Kathy, one of our three administrative assistants.  Kathy and Jane are my stand in moms here at the office and in Mobile.  They help me get through the rough days.  Today was still a raining day at the beach, which made me want to stay in bed all day.

The first lecture was "Down with Stress and Sound Wonderful."  It was a nice presentation but again it was a lecture for just support staff and I think the attorneys could have benefited from being present at the lecture.
After the retreat Melody drove was able to drive me home.  Since I was home early I was able to meet Mary P. at the Y to play racket ball. We also went to yoga for half an hour before we both fell over and decided it was time to go home for dinner.

After dinner I headed over to South and we had a rugby meeting.  Alex and I made it clear to the girls that if they don't start to play like they care in practice, they may not make it as a team.  It was a really good talk and I hope the girls really got something out of it because these girls will be amazing if they put their all into this sport...they just have to want it.

November is Prematurity Awareness Month

More than half a million babies are born too soon each year.
