Today will be the only rugby practice I am able to attend this week. April, USA captain, was hoping to have practice everyday. I hope they are able to have a practice each day and they have enough players for the practices to be worth while. Alex, the coach, was there to lead the practice tonight, so I was able to participate and direct the girls while I was was running the drills with them. I really enjoyed this type of participation because I am no rugby coach, I'm just a girl who wanted to stay involved and found a team that needed some help.
