As previously mentioned I lead rugby practices on Wednesday nights. Rugby has been my one thing that is just mine here in Mobile, it has been keeping me grounded and sane with all the other changes. Tonight was a terrible rugby practice. The girls have been taught the technique and are working on the stamina, but today none of them cared. Girls were tackling around the neck or blocking other players (two things you cannot do in rugby), but that was when they cared enough to go in for the tackle. At one point several girls decided they needed water and just walked away. The girls have made several comments about how nice I am and how funny it is that I play rugby, well tonight as I was yelling at them the shock on their face showed they didn't think I was too nice anymore. If these girls want to make this team a reality they better shape up because right now, with this attitude, this team won't last the year.
Today I wanted to quit this year in Mobile.
