It has been difficult for me to be away from my grandma. In the past I could always stop in and even if I was away at school I'd be home in a few months to see her, but not anymore. It'll be awhile without seeing her this time. I have always spent Thanksgiving with her and my family, but not this year. I won't be home in time to cook with her for the Christmas holidays either. My mom is going to help her out with that this year.
I can't believe she is 88 years old. She is a riot, she says what she is thinking and I may be a bit similar to her in that regard. I miss and love her very much!!
